Chani/Jon 1- Pascal's Theory Chani's thought hey jon how are you i havent talked to you on msn for aaaaaaaaages. yeah i kinda understood what you meant in that email. i just found this out at youth group on sunday its called pascals somethingarather. any ways it goes like this. you can also make a cool table to prove this theory anyway if god does not exist and: you believe in him = you lose nothing you dont believe in him= you lose nothing if god exists and: you believe in him = you gain a hell of a lot you dont believe in him you lose a hell of a lot. see this proves that believing in god is the best way to go cos even if he doesnt exist you havent lost anything i thought you could use this in you little school bible thingy. ok bye bye hope u find it useful chani Jon's Reply That is a good way of looking at it, but only people with a small amount of faith would be christians just bevcause they Might benifit from it. Sure its good to show people they have nothing to loose from becoming a Christian, but if thats the only reasion then you not a Real One. Cause you have to Love Jesus and God, not just pretend to belive in them. Understand?? And Chani's Reply yeah i understand and i agree cos its a good thing to say to pplwho dont know if they wanna become a christian or not but then if u go by that then u dont have real faith. cos real faith is to have all the odds against you and still believe. chani |
